Salesforce.com Implemenation
Role: Project Manager, ImplementerProject involved capturing all activities and documents related to the sales process. Building the project team, implementing the proper changes to salesforce, developing the roll-out plan, and administering the system post depoy.
Physical to Virtual server Migration
Role: Project LeadPerformed all activities related to pre-conversion planning, preparation, conversion, and post-conversion of the P2V migration process.
Corporate Website Development
Role: Project ManagerThe current corporate website was unacceptable because of navigation problems, performance issues and dated look. Worked with the corporate marketing team, and a website design firm to redesign the site.
Active Directory Domain Migration
Role: Systems AdministratorShortly before being hired on with Xtera Communications, the company had just acquired 4 other companies in the time frame for 8 months. In my role as Systems Administrator I worked with the IT Manager, and Director of IT to prepare the migration thru proper documentation of the existing environments, analyze the reports, and present interoperability recommendations. Also assisted in the back end migration of 3 separate domains into our own and creating a two way trust between the forth domain. Performed all tasks with updating and bringing end devices up to company compliance.
